The autonomous region will recommend 2-3 principals of cooperatives or agricultural machinery operation companies with rich operation and management experience and good language expression skills as teachers for the training of the chairman of the National Agricultural Machinery Cooperatives

All localities should closely combine the demonstration establishment with agricultural machinery work, build the demonstration society into a leading point for technology promotion, an innovative point for service mechanism, and a model point for operation and management, guide and drive the healthy development of surrounding agricultural machinery service organizations, and all localities should strengthen the experience summary, publicity and promotion of the construction results of the demonstration society, so as to create a good development environment. The Ministry of agriculture will establish a national model society page business card on the agricultural machinery professional station and give it professional periodicals related to agricultural mechanization free of charge. The national demonstration society can use the logo of "China Agricultural machinery cooperative" free of charge. In order to give full play to the role of agricultural machinery system as a comprehensive platform for agricultural services, support and guide powerful agricultural machinery cooperatives to carry out comprehensive agricultural services, the autonomous region will recommend 2-3 typical cases of agricultural machinery service subjects to carry out comprehensive agricultural services and submit them to the Ministry of agriculture

(V) strengthen monitoring management. The list of demonstration cooperatives of agricultural machinery cooperatives shall be dynamically managed and adjusted in a timely manner. All localities should organize demonstration cooperatives to report the production and operation of the previous year before March 31 of each year in the application management system of Agricultural Machinery Cooperatives. Any demonstration society that does not upload basic information can be regarded as automatically giving up the title of the demonstration society and being included in the dynamic adjustment list. Agricultural machinery management departments at all levels should strengthen the monitoring and management of the demonstration society, and submit the monitoring report of the demonstration society to the Management Office of the Agricultural Machinery Bureau of the autonomous region at the time of a new round of application of the demonstration society every year. For those who do not meet the conditions of the model cooperative in the autonomous region, all regions (prefectures) and cities shall propose to revoke the title of the model cooperative of agricultural machinery in the autonomous region
